We did some trick or treating at the dorms again this year. It is a great place to take the girls for some candy, plus it is fun to hear the college girls ooh and aww over your cute kids! We also went with Molly and her mom Kim. We intended to go to two buildings, but the girls were ready to be done before we finished the one. Amy was yelling at us on the second to last floor, "I want to go home!" Unfortunately we started out on the boy floors, and the boys don't participate nearly as much as the girl floors do. Understandable. But the girls had a nice haul from 16 floors of dorms. Here they are ready to get some candy! Oh, and by this time, Amy was ready to wear her dragon costume. Although she was commonly mistaken for a boy dressed as a dinosaur/alligator. That seems to be Amy's lot in life no matter what she wears.

We love trick or treating at the dorms! And it was especially fun this year to have my mom, gramma, along with us. She always comes to visit us this time of year, but has always gone home before Halloween, so it was special to have her here for the holiday.
